Recycle and save!

Interested in getting rid of your inefficient, working air conditioner units and/or dehumidifiers? The NHSaves® utility partners are hosting events across New Hampshire where eligible customers can turn in room air conditioners and dehumidifiers for a $50 incentive per unit. Here’s how you can participate:

1. Complete an online rebate form prior to the event* and receive a confirmation code.
2. Have your confirmation code ready to reference, and turn-in your working Room Air Conditioner and Dehumidifier unit(s) to the event staff.
3. Upon verification, you will receive your $50 per unit recycling rebate by mail within 6 – 8 weeks.

Restrictions include:

- Limit of 2 room air conditioners and 2 dehumidifiers per residential account serviced by a NHSaves utility partner.
- Commercial accounts are not eligible.

* Having your rebate form completed prior to the event ensures for smoother processing, although we are able to accommodate those who are not able to pre-apply online.
** There is a printed rebate form that can be used if unable to complete/access the online form – just pre-fill, print, and to bring it along with your units to the event (nhsaves.com/wp-content/uploads/2026/01/2026_NHS_Recycling-Event_Turn-In_Form_50_Fillable_2026-04-20.pdf).
