OCTOBER 15 - Smaller than a softball, Northern Saw-whet Owls are some of Vermont’s most elusive residents. The VINS Field Research Team invites you to join them for a shift to learn about the banding process and how their work, and that of researchers at hundreds of banding stations around the country, is shedding light on the lives of these secretive birds.
