Saturday, June 27, 2026, marks the inaugural edition of TEDxWoodstock! TEDxWoodstock started as TEDxHartlandHill. We are so thrilled to be back and growing!

With this new license for TED, we are able to have larger audiences and move the event to Pentangle Arts at the Woodstock Town Hall Theatre.

This is an exciting opportunity, as it more than triple the size of seats available and allows us to offer scholarships, special community discounts and other possibilities to make the program accessible to the community at large.

This year’s theme of "Art Is…" comes at a pivotal moment for our communities at large. How society treats its artists tells us a great deal about who it is becoming.

Art is also often the first bridge between strangers, where strangers become neighbors and neighbors become family.

We are thrilled to welcome an extraordinary lineup for the inaugural event at Pentangle, including:
- legendary choreographer Twyla Tharp
- acclaimed musician Rodney Marsalis

Community Gift Tickets
TEDxWoodstock is also introducing Community Gift Tickets to help reduce economic barriers to attendance and expand access to the event for community members who may not otherwise be able to participate. Attendees and supporters will have the opportunity to purchase additional tickets that can be made available within the community, helping ensure broader access to a day centered on creativity, ideas, and cultural exchange.
