What You’ll Work On

Day 1 | June 29
Off-the-Dribble Shooting
• Master a repeatable, balanced shooting form
• One-dribble pull-ups, step-backs & catch-and-shoot drills
• Game-speed rep cycles with live closeouts

Day 2 | June 30
Ball-Handling Mastery
• Two-ball control drills & fingertip work
• Attack-move progressions: crossovers, between-the-legs, spins
• Pressure relays and 1-on-1 mirror challenges

Day 3 | July 1
Defensive Reaction & Movement
• On-ball stance, slide drills & closeout footwork
• Help-side rotations in shell-drill scenarios
• Rebound-and-run transition workouts
