Our instructor Lindsay will share her wonderful family tradition of New Mexican Tamales with red chili sauce!
Join us for this delicious cooking demo where you’ll learn the art of making traditional tamales from scratch, filled with savory ingredients and wrapped in corn husks. Our instructor will guide you step-by-step through preparing masa, filling, and the rich, flavorful red chili sauce that perfectly compliments the tamales.
