Beef Wellington – Class #2

Work along with long-time instructor Lindsay Smith to make your own individual Beef Wellies! Buttery-soft beef tenderloin, encased in a duxelles of wild mushrooms, wrapped inside thin prosciutto, swathed in a golden puff pastry crust—what’s not to love? Salad and wine are perfect to round out this meal!

Is this a demo or hands-on cooking class? This is a HANDS-ON cooking class. Instead of group cooking and family style eating, everyone will now have their own station, utensils, equipment, and ingredients.
