Take time to unwind + let go of your day with a rejuvenating mindful movement flow. In this all-levels yoga class, we will replenish with deep breathing + present moment awareness.
The SWC and Allen House and East Wheelock House offer: FREE, Weekly, In Person, All-Levels Yoga Flow Classes, taught by Sabrina Durmaz ’26 Take a moment to unwind and let go of your day with this rejuvenating mindful movement flow. Through this all-levels yoga class, we will replenish with deep breathing and present moment awareness. We will move through some all-levels flow to stretch out from the confines of the day and finish with a moment of relaxation to reflect with gratitude on the things that nourish our lives. Location: The Cube, Second Floor (House Center B)*This class is most appropriate for those who can move from the floor to standing with some ease. **Please plan to wear loose, comfortable clothing. ***Yoga mats available to borrow.
